AVOID, ADOID, AVOID this dealership at all costs.
Service technicians range from negligence to incompetence. Never was my 98 Dakota
serviced while using fender protectors. It would always be returned with scratches
and gouges on the front fenders. Negligence.
Rarely if ever would a problem be fixed the first time it was brought in. It took
them 5(five) times(unsuccessfully) to fix an oil leak. I finally had to call
Daimler/Chrysler to intervene and get involved to finally have the condition
resolved by another dealer(Maroone - Pompano Beach, Fl. - excellent 5 Star).
Over a two year period, I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealer.
Dealer was previously Ed Morse Dodge.
