Description: Avoid this Dealership by all costs, or you will pay a very high cost! I had an oil pump failure on a '92 Dakota, and after 7 days and $1300, I got the truck back with more things wrong with it than when it went in for repairs. The A/C and the temperature gauge did not work.
I brought it back in, and they told me it was an A/C head unit failure (whatever that means) and the temperature sending unit failed, and it would cost another $240 to fix it. I was told that those two items were either broke when they received the truck (calling me a liar) or that it was some grand coincidence that both items happen to break while it was in the dealership (yea right). After arguing with the Service manager (Milan Novak) over several days about who was going to pay to repair, they agreed to take a look at it again only after I complained to the General Manager (Al Million).
When I brought it back in, amazinginly the Service Manager found that it was only a blown fuse that caused the A/C not to blow cold air, and the temperature sender unit was replaced only after a heated argument. That's not all, the next day when I drive to work, I find antifreeze dripping from the engine when I get to work. I open the hood and see that the radiator cap was half-cocked. Those jerks purposely unscrewed the cap half-way so that I would overheat and do more damage. I reported this dealership to the 1-800 Chrysler number and also to the local office of the Better Business Bureau.
