Description: Our new Durango had one passenger jump seat that squeaked driving over bumps. Although the repair center took 4 tries to get rid of the squeak, they kept reordering parts, gave me free rental cars, etc. and kept forging ahead trying to solve the issue.

Although it probably took longer than it should have to fix the issue, the Service team was very helpful and courteous the entire time. Our service manager, Calvin Perkins, was very persistent in trying to get it resolved. He was very concerned about our satisfaction.
