Description: My Cataletic Converter went out in my '98 Dakota. Had to wait 5 hours to have it looked at when I KNEW what the problem was! Then, when I was told the part was in, I waited another 6 hours and was then told the part wasn't even in!!! Took them two more weeks to finally get the part in!!! They suck!!
