Description: The service manager,George Tizzard, went out of his way to insure that all of my problems where resolved the first time. He got the factory involved in my water leak and had my carpet replaced due to the leak. I have dealt with a lot of different service departments and service managers, and this one stands out as the best. Description: I have been looking into accessories for my 99 DAK, The parts manager, Ron Coyle, has been very helpful at getting pricing and availability for me. So far I have purchased the open side steps in my body color and an under the rail bedliner. They "farmed out" the installation of the bedliner, and when this person screwed up the installation, Ron replaced it with no problem. They are very professional, helpfull, and their prices are reasonable. Call Ron Coyle at 516.422.0135
