They tried to repair the infamous transmission
whine in reverse 5 times. While in the shop, they
damaged the passenger door with the lift. As of
lately, they refused to work on my DAK and told me
to take it to the dealer I purchased it at. The
paint work they had done is even worse than Earl
Scheibs and MAACO. They had the nerve to say it
was good enough for them and that since I did not
pay for it, I had no reason to complain! (They did
me a favor to have it fixed!) I am currently
in contact with Corporate and preparing to get
the state attorney and BBB involved. Looks like
possible Arbitration..Recommendation: I would never
do business with Koller even if they was the last dealer on earth!
