Name: GS - (GSWillhite) Date: Fall 1997 Rating: (somewhat poor) Description: I took my 97 V6 in to have the intake manifold gasket replaced because it was leaking oil. They did fix the oil leak problem, but when they changed the oil they put in 6 quarts. I knew I should have checked the oil while I was there, but didn't. I drove 60 miles home and checked it. Of course this is not satisfactory service, This could actually cause more problems with the engine. That is why I gave them the somewhat poor rating and this experience was a factor in changing dealerships. Basically, you have to double check all service work! Trust no dealer service with your vehicle! GS -
