Description: Took my truck in 2 seperate times. First time I had the winshield replaced and tire patched. They lost my rim from the old tire and refused to replace it. I called them the next day and they finally accepted the loss and ordered me a new one. Then I took my truck in one last time to have a ball joint replaced. Dropped it off at 8:30AM. They said it would be ready in a couple of hours. I called at noon. Strike one...they're just starting to work on it...it'll be done soon and I'll call you! Strike two...no call, I call them at 3PM and they say they're almost done with it now. Strike three....I call at 5PM for a shuttle to the dealer expecting to drive away in my vehicle. I show up and they're just starting to align the tires after the ball joint had been replaced. I wait an hour and a half and finally get my truck. Never again will I go to that dealer. And I definitely recommend staying away from it all together to anyone else.
