After three attemts, they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Last time I was there, had them balance and rotate my tires. Guy that did it, thought he was on the pitcrew for a Nascar race.. Dragged the impact wrench across my new wheels several times. Unfortunately, I did not see them until I washed my truck later that week. STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR SERVICE!!!
